| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Tyrone Lawyer Kindle of Plymouth, | 4 | | Minnesota, who passed away on June 19, 2014; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Tyrone Kindle was born on April 12, 1961; he and | 6 | | his family moved to Markham in 1964, and he graduated from | 7 | | Thornwood High School in South Holland in 1979, where he played | 8 | | basketball and football; he served in the military and attended | 9 | | the Public Affairs Officer Course at the Defense Information | 10 | | School at Fort George G. Meade, the Basic Officer Leaders | 11 | | Course at Fort Benjamin Harrison, and Military Officer Training | 12 | | at the Minnesota Military Academy; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Tyrone Kindle most recently served as the | 14 | | Assistant Principal at Coon Rapids High School in Coon Rapids, | 15 | | Minnesota starting in July of 2006; he also served as Dean of | 16 | | Students at the Plymouth Christian Youth Center from January | 17 | | 2001 to January 2006, as Director and teacher at The City, Inc. | 18 | | from January 1994 to January 2001, as Assistant Director at | 19 | | WCCO-TV from January 1995 to January 1996, and as master | 20 | | control operator at WFTC Channel 29 from January 1991 to | 21 | | January 1994; and
| 22 | | WHEREAS, Tyrone Kindle studied at the University of |

| 1 | | Minnesota-Twin Cities from 2004 to 2005, where he received his | 2 | | administrative licensure, and at the University of St. Thomas | 3 | | from 2002 to 2005, where he received his Master of Arts in | 4 | | Special Education and Teaching; he also attended the University | 5 | | of Wisconsin-Superior; and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Tyrone Kindle was preceded in death by his | 7 | | brother, Curtis Kindle; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Tyrone Kindle is survived by his wife, Kathryn; | 9 | | his children, Zarkari, Takina, and Nehemiah; his parents, Nathe | 10 | | and Herberdenia; his siblings, Rita McCune, Evelyn Pharms, | 11 | | Michael Kindle, Herberdenia Phillips, and Adolphus Kindle; his | 12 | | father-in-law and mother-in-law, Richard and Joyce Plaman; his | 13 | | brothers-in-law, Brad (Jennifer) and Jeff (Tammy) Plaman; his | 14 | | faithful dog, Bella; his nieces and nephews, Dione Glenn, | 15 | | Sterling Jason McCoy, Kiana Phillips, Camille (Phillips) | 16 | | Slaughter, Kamilah Kindle-Jones, Kimberly Phillips, Chantia | 17 | | Kindle, Yoruba Pharms, Samantha McCune, Bailey Plaman, Michael | 18 | | Kindle Jr., Atukwe Kindle, Alyson Plaman, Malcolm Kindle, | 19 | | Isabela Plaman, Oliver Plaman, and Henry Plaman; and other | 20 | | relatives and friends; therefore, be it
