SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Patricia Ann Gordon of Palatine, who passed away on May 25, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Gordon graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1991; she soon after began her career in Human Resources, but considered her greatest accomplishment to be raising her sons; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Gordon was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Piotrowski, and her father-in-law, Manny Gordon; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Gordon was the wife of Steve; the mother of Jacob and Griffin; the daughter and daughter-in-law of Diane Piotrowski and Arlene Gordon; the sister of Sue (Steve) Cianci; and the aunt of many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Patricia Ann Gordon; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Patricia Gordon as an expression of our sympathy.
