SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Louise L. Towle of Waukegan, who passed away on April 21, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Louise Towle was born on August 13, 1923 in Broughton to John and Elsie (nee McGill) Lasater; she married Frank T. Towle on February 24, 1945 in Chicago; and

WHEREAS, Louise Towle was a Licensed Practical Nurse and spent many years as a childcare provider; and

WHEREAS, Louise Towle was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Temple and, most recently, First Southern Baptist Church in Waukegan; and

WHEREAS, Louise Towle was preceded in death by her husband; and

WHEREAS, Louise Towle is survived by her daughter, Brenda Stefanowski; her son, Larry (Pam) Towle; her sister, Mary Sievers; grandchildren, Roy F. (Kristen) Lamprich III, Brian Lamprich, Regina Marasigan, Tina (Tim) Williams, and Melissa (Shaun) Madsen; great-grandchildren, Cody Lamprich, Kari Lamprich, Abigail Lamprich, Brandon Lamprich, Dylan Lamprich, Joshua Williams, Jonathan Williams, Marcus Marasigan, Marlon Marasigan, Charlotte Madsen, Andrew Madsen, Austin LeClaire, Paige LeClaire, and Brett LeClaire; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Louise L. Towle, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Louise Towle as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
