740 ILCS 190/1
    Amends the Civil Remedies for Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning civil law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Civil Remedies for Nonconsensual
5 Dissemination of Private Sexual Images Act is amended by
6 changing Section 1 as follows:

7     (740 ILCS 190/1)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Civil
9 Remedies for Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual
10 Images Act.
