50 ILCS 753/1

Amends the Prepaid Wireless 9-1-1 Surcharge Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Prepaid Wireless 9-1-1 Surcharge Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Prepaid Wireless 9-1-1 Surcharge Act.
