    Amends the Telephone Line Right of Way Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Telephone Line Right of Way Act is amended
5 by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (220 ILCS 60/0.01)  (from Ch. 134, par. 11.9)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may ~~may~~be cited as the
8 Telephone Line Right of Way Act.
