SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Frank Joseph "Fritz" Juncer of Waukegan, who passed away on October 31, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Frank Juncer was born on January 25, 1925 in North Chicago; his parents were John and Martha Juncer; he married Dorothy Wilson on June 28, 1947; and

WHEREAS, Frank Juncer attended Holy Family Church in North Chicago and later St. Anastasia when he moved to Waukegan; and

WHEREAS, Frank Juncer retired from the Great Lakes Public Work Center, where he worked as an equipment operator, after 37 years of service; following his retirement, he worked as the school crossing guard for South School in North Chicago, where he was fondly called "Mr. Fritz"; and

WHEREAS, Frank Juncer enjoyed gardening and yardwork; and

WHEREAS, Frank Juncer was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Albert, Adolph, and Casimer; and his sisters, Adeline Michna and Mary Shields; and

WHEREAS, Frank Juncer is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his son, Kenneth (Nancy); his siblings, John (Florence) Juncer and Rita Montella; his sister-in-law, Millie Juncer; and his many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Frank Joseph Juncer; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Frank Juncer as an expression of our sympathy.
