SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Thaddeus T. "Ted" Dabrowski, who passed away on May 21, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Ted Dabrowski served in the United States Army during World War II and was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7539 in Bloomingdale; and

WHEREAS, Ted Dabrowski served for 3 decades as Treasurer of Lake Illini; and

WHEREAS, Ted Dabrowski was on the board of directors of Safari Club International and the Chicago Society of Polish National Alliance; he was a member of the Chicago Rose Society, the American Diabetes Association, and the neighborhood watch; he was a lifelong member of the NRA and was an accomplished big game hunter; and

WHEREAS, Ted Dabrowski was the beloved husband of Josephine (nee Signa); the devoted father of John T.; the loving son of the late Anthony and the late Kazimiera; the dear brother of the late Wanda (the late Joe) Krozel; the dear brother-in-law of Frank (the late Rose) Cortese; and the dear uncle and friend to many; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Thaddeus T. "Ted" Dabrowski, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Ted Dabrowski as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
