    Amends the Forest Products Transportation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Act's title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Forest Products Transportation Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 740/1)  (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6901)
7     Sec. 1.
8     This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ~~the~~ "Forest
9 Products Transportation Act".
