| | 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | | 3 | | Representatives wish to congratulate the Macomb Junior High | | 4 | | School seventh grade volleyball team, the Bombers, on winning | | 5 | | the 2017 Illinois Elementary School Association Class 4A State | | 6 | | Championship; and
| | 7 | | WHEREAS, The Bombers defeated Homer Glen Junior High School | | 8 | | in Normal at Kingsley Junior High School on March 14, 2017 to | | 9 | | claim their first State championship; and
| | 10 | | WHEREAS, The Bombers compiled a record of 28 wins and one | | 11 | | loss; and
| | 12 | | WHEREAS, The Bombers are coached by Seventh Grade Coach, | | 13 | | Briana Rexroat, and Eighth Grade Coach, Marcy Lantz; and
| | 14 | | WHEREAS, The Bombers are Emily Cole,
