    Amends the Illinois Modular Dwelling and Mobile Structure Safety Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning safety.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Modular Dwelling and Mobile
5 Structure Safety Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
6 follows:

7     (430 ILCS 115/1)  (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 501)
8     Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Illinois Modular
9 Dwelling and Mobile Structure Safety Act.
