| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Phyllis Ann Waters of Alton, who passed | 4 | | away on November 2, 2018; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Phyllis Waters was born in Alton to Angelo and | 6 | | Mary (Spatori) Taulli on October 12, 1932; she graduated from | 7 | | Marquette Catholic High School in 1950 and married Donald | 8 | | Albert Waters on April 25, 1953; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Phyllis Waters worked for two years at Olin | 10 | | Mathieson in East Alton; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Phyllis Waters was an active member in the St. | 12 | | Peter and Paul's and St. Patrick's Altar Society; she was a | 13 | | volunteer Pink Lady at Saint Anthony's Hospital and took part | 14 | | in the annual St. Patrick's turkey dinner and Bingo; she was a | 15 | | board member for the organization Friends and Neighbors; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Phyllis Waters was preceded in death by her | 17 | | husband of 61 years, Donald; her parents; her brother, Thomas | 18 | | Taulli; and her daughter-in-law, Kim Waters; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Phyllis Waters is survived by her children, David | 20 | | (Dawn) Waters, Donna (Bob) Aszman, Thomas (Charli) Waters, |
