    Amends the Collegiate Athletic Association Compliance Enforcement Procedures Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the shorttitle.

1     AN ACT concerning education.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Collegiate Athletic Association Compliance
5 Enforcement Procedures Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
6 follows:

7     (110 ILCS 25/1)  (from Ch. 144, par. 2901)
8     Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Collegiate
9 Athletic Association Compliance Enforcement Procedures Act.
