    Amends the Community Emergency Services and Support Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Community Emergency Services and Support
5 Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (50 ILCS 754/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title.
8     (a) This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~ Community Emergency
9 Services and Support Act.
10     (b) This Act may be referred to as the Stephon Edward Watts
11 Act.
