    Amends the Loan Advertising to Bankrupts Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning business.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Loan Advertising to Bankrupts Act is
5 amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (815 ILCS 185/0.01)  (was 720 ILCS 330/0.01)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Loan Advertising to Bankrupts Act.
