SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

625 ILCS 5/3-815.1 rep.

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Repeals a provision providing for the collection of an annual commercial distribution fee on vehicles of the second division weighing more than 8,000 pounds. Effective July 1, 2012.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by repealing Section 3-815.1.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
