20 ILCS 3105/1   from Ch. 127, par. 771
    Amends the Capital Development Board Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3105/1)  (from Ch. 127, par. 771)
7     Sec. 1.
8     This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the Capital
9 Development Board Act, hereafter referred to as "this Act".
