| | 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | | 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the | | 4 | | Joliet Junior College Wolves baseball team on the occasion of | | 5 | | winning the NJCAA Division III World Series national | | 6 | | championship; and
| | 7 | | WHEREAS, The Joliet Junior College Wolves defeated Niagara | | 8 | | County Community College 6-5 to secure victory at the NJCAA | | 9 | | Division III World Series national championship on May 24, | | 10 | | 2012; the team ended the season with a phenomenal 37-29 record | | 11 | | and went 4-0 during the World Series; and
| | 12 | | WHEREAS, The Joliet Junior College Wolves' victory marks | | 13 | | the third time in the program's history that the Wolves have | | 14 | | claimed a national championship; and
| | 15 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Joliet Junior College Wolves | | 16 | | are Cole Judy, Cody Krilich, Mike Hamilton, Casey Papp, Alex | | 17 | | Parks, Trey Russell, Jonathan Rosario, Jared Steck, Nick | | 18 | | Filleti, Nick Gould, Tim Blaha, Dakota Brown, Luke Andrade, | | 19 | | Kaleb Strothman, Colin Hart, Sam O'Shea, Jake Keefe, Garret | | 20 | | Rhodes, Dominic Olszta, Trevor Vermillion, Austin Vazquez, Dan | | 21 | | Eliopulos, Tyler Willis, Rick Gazarek, and AJ Woynerowski; the | | 22 | | team's head coach and Director of Athletics is Wayne L.
