Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Uniform Foreign-Money Claims Act.

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by changing Section 12-630 as follows:

(735 ILCS 5/12-630) (from Ch. 110, par. 12-630)

Sec. 12-630. Short title; Uniform Foreign-Money Claims Act. Sections 12-630 through 12-645 may be cited as the the Uniform Foreign-Money Claims Act. In those Sections, "this Act" means the Uniform Foreign-Money Claims Act.
