    Amends the Agricultural Fair Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning rules.

1     AN ACT concerning finance.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Agricultural Fair Act is amended by changing
5 Section 4 as follows:

6     (30 ILCS 120/4)  (from Ch. 85, par. 654)
7     Sec. 4.
8     The~~The~~ Department has the power to make rules and
9 regulations as may be necessary in order to carry out the
10 provisions of this Act. The provisions of the rules and
11 regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of
12 this Act.
