20 ILCS 3020/801

Amends the Capital Spending Accountability Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Capital Spending Accountability Law is amended by changing Section 801 as follows:

Sec. 801. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Capital Spending Accountability Law.
