SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Bernadette T. Redmond, who passed away on October 11, 2011; and

WHEREAS, Bernadette Redmond was the loving and devoted wife of the late Kenneth R.; the dear mother of Denise (Larry) Griffin, Kevin (Kris), Karen (Bill) Kapolnek, Timothy, and Brian (Glory); the proud grandmother of 12 and Grandma Bernie to her 2 cherished great-grandchildren, Jack and Sean; the dear sister of Catherine Kelly, Winifred Blaha, Patricia Collins, and the late Margaret Newell and James Sampey; and the fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Bernadette T. Redmond; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Bernadette Redmond as an expression of our sympathy.
