SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Mary Liebner, who recently passed away; and

WHEREAS, She loved people, nature, the arts, and serving her community; and

WHEREAS, She was President of the Friends of the River Forest Library for 15 years and an active member for over 28 years; she was a minister of care at Oak Park Hospital for over 20 years; and

WHEREAS, Mary Liebner, nee Dyra, was the beloved wife of the late Edwin J.; the loving mother of Mary Ann (Michael) Tanquary, Jean Liebner, and Ellen Liebner; the cherished grandmother of Vicki, Kelly, and Joseph; the dear sister of Francis (Julie) Dyra, Ann (Robert) Klein, and Barbara (Robert) Becker; and the dear aunt of many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Mary Liebner; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Mary Liebner as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
