SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Daryl Edward Tippin of Springfield, who passed away on February 21, 2012; and

WHEREAS, He was born March 1, 1945 in Tiffin, Ohio to James and Buannah Reiter Tippin; and

WHEREAS, He was a United States Air Force Veteran and was a member of the Pleasant Plains Masonic Lodge #500 and St. John's Lutheran Church; and

WHEREAS, He liked to golf, watch sports, and spend time with family and friends; and

WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his father; and

WHEREAS, Daryl Tippin is survived by his daughter, Jenna Tippin; his sons, Joshua Tippin and Shane (Nichole) Tippin; his grandchildren, Kyleigh and Taylor Tippin; his mother, Buannah Tippin; his brother, Rick Tippin; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Daryl Tippin; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Daryl Tippin as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
