SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are deeply saddened to learn of the death of Angel L. Lopez-Matos of Waukegan, who passed away on September 7, 2012; and

WHEREAS, Angel Lopez-Matos was born on December 25, 1963, in Villalba, Puerto Rico, to Jose Antonio Lopez and Lidia Matos; he was to married Sandra Castela for 10 years; and

WHEREAS, Angel Lopez-Matos worked for Waukegan School District #60 as head custodian at the Washington St. Campus for 16 years; and

WHEREAS, Angel Lopez-Matos is survived by his wife, Sandra; his children, Angelica (Emanuel) Hills, Angel Luis Lopez, Ariel Lopez, and Josue Rueda; his granddaughter, Anissa Hills; his parents, Jose Antonio Lopez and Lidia Matos; and 2 brothers and a sister; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Angel Lopez-Matos, and we extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Angel Lopez-Matos as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
