SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Cindy Jo (Depke) Deming, who passed away on September 23, 2012; and

WHEREAS, Cindy Jo Deming worked as a nurse at Jefferson Middle School in the Waukegan Public School District; and

WHEREAS, Cindy Jo Deming was this year's Gurnee/Wadsworth Relay for Life honoree; and

WHEREAS, Cindy Jo Deming was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Deming and her mother, Marcia Blain; and

WHEREAS, Cindy Jo Deming is survived by her children, Shawn, Scott, Kevin, and Amy; her parents, Bob and George Anne Depke; and her 5 brothers and one sister; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Cindy Jo Deming, and we extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Cindy Jo Deming as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
