SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn the death of Mary E. Finnegan (nee Nolan) of Chicago, who passed away on July 3, 2012; and

WHEREAS, Mary Finnegan laughed often and loved all, while always finding the best in everyone she met; and

WHEREAS, Mary Finnegan lived each day to its fullest, with enthusiasm and happiness; and

WHEREAS, Mary Finnegan was preceded in death by her husband, James; her brother, Jack Nolan; and her son, Michael; and

WHEREAS, Mary Finnegan is survived by her children, Jon (Kim), Tim (Christine), Roseann (Terry) LeFevour, Robert (Laura), and Tom (Dorie); and her 21 grandchildren; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Mary E. Finnegan; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Mary Finnegan as an expression of our sympathy.
