 1                      AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 9

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend  House  Bill  9  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section  5.   The  Mobile  Home  Park  Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 2.2 as follows:

 6        (210 ILCS 115/2.2) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 712.2)
 7        Sec. 2.2. Permanent habitation.   "Permanent  habitation"
 8    means habitation for a period of 2 or more months.
