 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 14 as follows:

 3    on page 2, by inserting between lines 5 and 6 the following:

 4        "(a-5)  A   commercial   film   or   photographic   print
 5    processor, computer engineer, computer technician, management
 6    information engineer, or  management  information  technician
 7    shall  be  forever held harmless from any civil liability for
 8    his or her reasonable compliance with the provisions of  this
 9    Section.".
