 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 9, line 29, by replacing "2  years  one  year"
 5    with "one year"; and

 6    on  page  9, line 31, after "modified" by inserting ", except
 7    that the Department on Aging, upon review, may grant a waiver
 8    to extend the service care plan for up to an  additional  one
 9    year period".
