 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 276

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  276,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 1, on line 15 on page 4, on line 14 on  page  8,  and  on
 5    line  9  on  page  11,  by  replacing  "Section" each time it
 6    appears with "Act"; and

 7    on page  6,  by  replacing  lines  23  through  31  with  the
 8    following:
 9        "(c)  The  Attorney General shall update the directory as
10    necessary in order to correct mistakes and to add or remove a
11    tobacco product manufacturer or brand families  to  keep  the
12    directory in conformity with the requirements of this Act.
13        (d)  Every   distributor  shall  provide  and  update  as
14    necessary an electronic mail address to the Attorney  General
15    for  the  purpose  of  receiving  any notifications as may be
16    required by this Act."; and

17    on page 6, line 32, by replacing "(c)" with "(e)"; and

18    on page 11, line 10, by replacing "regulations" with "rules".
