 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 299

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 299 on page  1,  by
 3    replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following:

 4    "either: (i) payment is made more than 45 days after the bill
 5    is  sent  to  the  customer  at least 3 times in one calendar
 6    year, or (ii) the customer's wires, meters,".
