 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1383

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  1383  on  page  8,
 3    between lines 24 and 25, by inserting the following:
 4        "The  provisions of this Section do not apply in the case
 5    of a person under 19 years of age who is in  active  military
 6    service with the armed forces of the United States."; and

 7    on page 9, line 3, after "19", by inserting the following:
 8    "unless  the person under the age of 19 is in active military
 9    service with the armed forces of the United States"; and

10    on page  9,  line  10,  after  "product",  by  inserting  the
11    following:
12    "unless  the person under the age of 19 is in active military
13    service with the armed forces of the United States"; and

14    on page 10, line 24, after "age", by inserting the following:
15    "unless the person  under  19  years  of  age  is  in  active
16    military service with the armed forces of the United States";
17    and

18    on page 11, line 26, after "AGE", by inserting the following:
19    "(UNLESS  IN ACTIVE MILITARY SERVICE WITH THE ARMED FORCES OF
20    THE UNITED STATES)".
