 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1445

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  1445  on  page  2,
 3    line 1, by replacing "15" with "21"; and

 4    on page 2, by replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following:
 5    "tax  increment  financing  programs; one member appointed by
 6    the Director of Revenue;  and  6  members  appointed  by  the
 7    Governor  as  follows: (i) 2 residents of Cook County; (ii) 2
 8    residents of any of the  following  counties:  DuPage,  Kane,
 9    Lake,  McHenry,  and Will; and (iii) 2 residents of any other
10    counties in the State.  All members appointed by the Governor
11    must be either (i) a resident of a  tax  increment  financing
12    district or (ii) a representative of a community organization
13    with  an interest in tax increment financing.  The members of
14    the Task Force shall".
