 3    on page 9, line 3, by inserting "or coach", after "official";
 4    and

 5    on page 9, line 6, by inserting "or coach", after "official";
 6    and

 7    on  page  9,  line  11,  by  inserting  after  "referee"  the
 8    following:
 9    "and "coach" means a person recognized  as  a  coach  by  the
10    sanctioning authority that conducted the sporting event".
