 1        AN ACT in relation to special districts.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Civic Center Code is amended by changing
 5    Section 2-25 as follows:

 6        (70 ILCS 200/2-25)
 7        Sec. 2-25.  Incurring obligations.  The  Authority  shall
 8    not  incur  any  obligations  for  salaries  or for office or
 9    administrative expenses except within the  amounts  of  funds
10    that  will  be  available  to  it when those such obligations
11    become payable.
