 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2136,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No.  3,  on  page  8,  line  26,  after  "intermediary.",  by
 5    inserting  "Certification  shall  be   dependent   upon   the
 6    confidential  intermediary  completing  a  course of training
 7    including, but not limited to, applicable federal  and  State
 8    privacy laws."; and

 9    on  page  9,  by  replacing  line  15 with "records, or other
10    personal records."; and

11    on page 9, by deleting line 16; and

12    on page 9, line 17, by deleting "relative.".
