1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2268
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2268, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, by replacing lines 22 through 24 of page 1 and line 1 of page
5 2 with the following:
6 "health care."; and

7 by replacing lines 25 through 31 on page 2 and lines 1 through
8 12 on page 3 with the following:
9 "shall consist of 29 voting members appointed as follows: 5
10 shall be appointed by the Governor; 6 shall be appointed by the
11 President of the Senate, 6 shall be appointed by the Minority
12 Leader of the Senate, 6 shall be appointed by the Speaker of
13 the House of Representatives, and 6 shall be appointed by the
14 Minority Leader of the House of Representatives. The Task Force
15 shall have a chairman and a"; and

16 on page 3, line 14, by inserting after the period the following
17 with the following:
18 "The Director of Public Health or his or her designee, the
19 Director of Aging or his or her designee, the Director of
20 Public Aid or his or her designee, the Director of Insurance or
21 his or her designee, and the Secretary of Human Services or his
22 or her designee shall represent their respective departments
23 and shall be invited to attend Task Force meetings, but shall
24 not be members of the Task Force.".
