 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2318  on  page  2,
 3    line 1, after "30" by inserting "session"; and

 4    on   page   2,   line  3,  by  replacing  "30-day"  with  "30
 5    session-day"; and

 6    on  page  2,  line  7,  by  replacing   "30-day"   with   "30
 7    session-day"; and

 8    on  page  2,  line 8, after the period, by inserting "For the
 9    purposes of this Section, the term "session  day"  means  any
10    day   during   which  either  the  Senate  or  the  House  of
11    Representatives is in session and includes days  when  either
12    the   Senate  or  House  of  Representatives  is  in  special
13    session.".
