 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2391 as follows:

 3    on page 7, line 32, by replacing "or 12-30" with ", 12-30, or
 4    26-5"; and

 5    on page 7, line 34, by deleting "or"; and

 6    on page 8, line 2, by inserting "; (5) a Class A  misdemeanor
 7    violation  of  the  Humane  Care  for Animals Act; or (6) any
 8    offense or attempted offense that would subject a  person  to
 9    registration  under the Sex Offender Registration Act", after
10    "ordinance"; and

11    on page 10, line 1, by replacing "or" with ","; and

12    on page 10, line 2, by inserting ", or 26-5"  after  "12-30";
13    and

14    on page 10, line 3, by deleting "or"; and

15    on page 10, line 6, by inserting "; (5) a Class A misdemeanor
