 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2608  on  page  2,
 3    line  10,  by replacing "or (ii)" with the following: ", (ii)
 4    the person resides in a shelter for homeless persons and  has
 5    enrolled  in a savings program designed to provide rent money
 6    upon the person's departure from the shelter, or (iii)"; and

 7    by deleting lines 33 and 34 on page 2 and lines 1  through  9
 8    on page 3; and

 9    on page 3, line 10, by changing "(11)" to "(9)"; and

10    on page 3, line 15, by changing "(12)" to "(10)"; and

11    on page 3, by deleting lines 24 through 30; and

12    on  page  3,  line  31, by changing "Section 20." to "Section
13    15.".
