AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2633

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2633 on page 1, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the following: "year after the date of payment or one year after the funds are last used for any unauthorized purpose, whichever is later. Each request must state: (1) the name and address"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 3 through 5 with the following: "within one year after the date of payment or one year after the funds are last used for any unauthorized purpose, whichever is later. Each request must state: (1) the name and address".
