 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2900

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2900  on  page  3,
 3    lines  15,  16,  20,  and  34,  by  replacing  "Council" with
 4    "Partnership" each time it appears; and

 5    on page 3, line 27, after "representatives of", by  inserting
 6    "community mental health authorities and"; and

 7    on page 4, lines 2, 3, 6, and 20, by replacing "Council" with
 8    "Partnership" each time it appears; and

 9    on page 6, after line 22, by inserting the following:
10        "(c)  The  Department  of  Public  Aid shall work jointly
11    with  the  Department  of   Human   Services   to   implement
12    subsections (a) and (b).".
