 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3075

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3075 as follows:

 3    on page 1, line 17, by replacing "10%" with "5%"; and

 4    on page 1, by replacing line 25 with the following:
 5    ", fire protection  district,  or  State  Fire  Marshal  that
 6    suppressed or investigated"; and

 7    on  page  1,  line  31,  by  inserting  after  the period the
 8    following:
 9    "The State Fire Marshal shall retain  5%  of  the  additional
10    fine to cover the costs incurred by the State Fire Marshal in
11    administering and enforcing this Section.".
