 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3358

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3358 as follows:

 3    by replacing everything after the enacting  clause  with  the
 4    following:

 5        "Section  1.  Short  title.  This Act may be cited as the
 6    Illinois Independent Forensic Laboratory Act.".
