1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4211
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4211, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing subsection (d) of Sec. 12-10 of Section 5 with the
4 following:
5 "(d) Subsection (a) of this Section does not apply to a
6 person under 18 years of age who tattoos or offers to tattoo
7 another person under 18 years of age away from the premises of
8 any business at which tattooing is performed."; and

9 by replacing the last sentence of subsection (c) of Sec.
10 12-10.1 of Section 5 with the following:
11 "This Section does not apply to a person under 18 years of age
12 who pierces the body or oral cavity of another person under 18
13 years of age away from the premises of any business at which
14 body piercing or oral cavity piercing is performed.".
