1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4318
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4318 on page 1,
3 after line 17, by inserting the following:

4 "(a-3) Nothing in subsection (a-5) of this Section shall
5 apply to a child in whose interests a petition under Section
6 2-13 of the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is pending."; and

7 on page 1, line 21, after "denial of visitation", by inserting
8 "by a parent"; and

9 on page 2, line 4, after "the court", by inserting ", other
10 than a Juvenile Court,".
