AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4361

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4361, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 1, by replacing line 12 with the following: "are owned, operated, or maintained by the public or private"; and

on page 2, line 13, after "for", by inserting "costs associated with"; and

on page 2, by deleting lines 17 through 23; and

on page 2, line 25, by deleting "each".
