AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4796

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4796 on page 1, by replacing lines 11 through 15 with the following:

"Section 10. Penalty.

(a) The Attorney General or the State's Attorney may bring a civil action in the Circuit Court to enforce the provisions of this Act.

(b) Any person who violates this Act is subject to a civil penalty of $500 for each day during which the violation continues.".
