1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4818
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4818 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
5 adding Section 3-2.5 as follows:

6     (305 ILCS 5/3-2.5 new)
7     Sec. 3-2.5. Sheltered care rates. The Department of Human
8 Services shall increase the sheltered care rates in effect on
9 June 30, 2004, by 10%.

10     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.".
